Welcome to this page which presents some utilities developed for the Condor Soaring Simulator. Versions 2 & 3 are supported
Some of these tools may also be used for real-life soaring

CoMoMap: COndor MOving MAP
CoMoMap is an external navigation software for Condor, derived from VerifLocal. It displays a moving map at various pre-selected scales
It can calculate the extent of the reachable area and the path to the next Turn Point, taking into account terrain and airspace.

CoFliCo: COndor FLIght track COnverter
Converts Condor flight tracks (.ftr) to IGC files
It can also rename the .ftr or .igc files according to flight parameters

CoJuGe: COndor JUnction GEnerator
Generates links (junctions created by MKLINK /J) for landscapes between an alternate folder and the Condor default location.

CoCoCo: COndor COordinates COnverter
Converts Latitude and Longitude to Condor XY coordinates and it can generate waypoint data for .fpl files
Version 2.0 now features a GUI. It can also be run from a command-prompt window or from a batch file (.bat) or in drag-and-drop mode

CoKeAs: COndor KEy ASsignments
This small program allows to detect the key and joystick buttons definitions of Condor, CoTASA and CoMoMap
A small app that converts Condor 2 key definitions to Condor 3 is also available: CoCo23
Warning: DO NOT replace the Condor 3 controls.ini file with the Condor 2 one as the definitions are different and this would make Condor unplayable.

TQFlaps: Flaps indicator for the Throttle Quadrant®
Changeable strips to indicate the flaps settings on a Throttle Quadrant® - strips for Condor 2 & 3 are included
For Condor 2, you can use the EB29R strip for the Arcus (same for JS1/JS3), it will save paper

Flaps Control by Denis Navarre: Notched rulers for the Throttle Quadrant®
This device, made with a 3D printer, allows for precise control of the flaps, even in VR. For Condor2 and Condor3.
A support fixed on the Quadrant receives the notched rulers according to the glider used. The default position is indicated by an index that can be felt.
The ZIP archives below contain the STL files needed for the production of the various parts.
